Job Profile : 1)Policies and Strategies for Employee Retention, controlling attrition. 2)Compensation Management, designed Benefits and incentive Systems, Other Administration activities like internal Audits etc. 3)Dealing with projects on Performance Management systems, Assessment centers, and design of competency mapping systems, Training Needs, Training and Development systems, Strategic Human Resource Management, International Human Resource Management and OD-Organizational development, Learning and knowledge Management, Organization Structure, Change Management. Use of Case studies and other methods in training. 4)Responsible for Payroll/Benefits processing, Induction processes for new recruits, Maintenance of new recruitments/enrollments, Statutory Management, etc.
