To provide support and add value to the role of Human Resources Department in the Company by being in touch with all levels of staff and by meeting their needs and the needs of the organization. Manage effective implementation of HR activities like; HR Planning Salary Administration Employee Benefits Administration Employee Database Management HRIS etc. , To liaise with Companys employment benefits providers (e.g. Hospitalization Medical and Car Insurance etc)., Ensure effective statutory labor compliances by liaising with Government authorities on ESIC PF PT etc. on all India basis. Day to day HR administration like filing personal file management and HR record management. Assist HR supervisor through entire gamut of recruitment process. Assist HR projects-existing and new on-going basis to meet department objectives. Ensure fair and consistent application of all HR policies and procedures across all departments/ centers on across India. Assist HR management in delivering identified areas of HR services within time frame
