JOB PROFILE:Will be responsible for end to end hiring for the one of more industry vertical(s) - Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, Oil and Gas, industries.Will interact with the clients on an ongoing basis (Client Servicing). Obtaining regular feedback from clients is of high importance.Must interact with clients to understand their requirements. Should be able to explain the same to the team members. Must research about the clients' business, their competetitors to understand about the business. Should be able to document the same for use by the team.Will lead and manage a team of 3-10 members. Will be responsible for keeping them motivated and provide them with good learning environment.Will ensure that team targets are met on a regular basis - both monthly and yearly. Monitoring and strategizing to help achieve team targets.Should keep an eye on the changing customer needs and competition offerings. Will maintain and manage data of work done by the team members. Will maintain daily reports about the offers and billing to facilitate MIS. Should be able to generate and produce objective perfornamce matrix of each of the team members to the top management.Should strategize hiring in such a manner that recall value is increased and the clients get what they want, in stipulated time.Would also be responsible for creating a good client base for his/her vertical. Research the industry happenings and identify new players in the market and tap their HR / key decision makers.Make a detailed plan for execution of mandates from different existing and new clients.CANDIDATE PROFILE:3+ years of relevant experience (In recruitments).BE and/or MBAExperience of leading a team.Should have experience of domestic as well as international recruitments.Must come from a recruitment consulting background.Proven track record of achieving individual and team targets.Domain knowledge of Engineering and Manufacturing industries is a must.Excellent communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Must be a team player.Go getter, positive attitude.Must be hands-on in recruitments.Innovative, goal driven.Ability to handle multiple requirements from different clients.Open to travel - domestic / international as and when required.PLEASE SEND DETAILED PROFILE AS WORD ATTACHMENT.
