Coordinate with US team, understanding Clients and their requirements and work upon them according to research strategy. Will be required to work on multiple requirements at a time. Searching relevant profiles on international Job Boards/Portals like Monster, Dice, Hotjobs, etc. Head Hunt/Generate leads for relevant candidates in US incase not able to get candidates on the Job Boards/Portals. Ensure good pipeline is maintained against all the open positions and maintain high standard of quality research at the same time. Candidate Profile: BE/MBA/PGDBA with at least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitments for multinational companies in the manufacturing/production, oil and gas, engineering and other conventional industries. Experience in hiring for Financial profiles would also be considered. Excellent industry and technology understanding. Must have good communication skills so as to comfortably interact with the US team on a regular basis. Very aggressive recruiter would be required to handle multiple assignments at a time. Must ensure sufficient pool of candidates is maintained against all open positions. Should have good expreince of Head Hunting/Lead Generation.
