GWN Implementation Phase Coordinating with the India Team for all activities related to GWN implementation Directly work on GWN Admin, Compensation, N3M workforce data SPOC for all queries for GWN implementation. Responsible for UAT during the implementation phase. Responsible for coordinating with Tier 0 committee within the India Team, St Paul Team to get the Tier 0 site operational both ESS and MSS. Approver 99 role Responsible for approval of all transactions in GWN Communicating Appropriate Security rights for new recruits. Coordinating and SPOC for all people soft related issues Understanding, Updation and Maintenance of People Soft Systems. Responsible for accurate and timely data entry on People soft Develops technical skills to generate advanced queries as per requirment. Responsible for all system design,change, system upgrade and implementation as per requirment. Human Resources Information Systems. Responsible for MIS submissions from the HR Department. Generating queries to meet the MIS requirements of the internal customers. Maintains updated organization charts and documents Teir 0 One point in contact to maintain the content on the MSS and ESS page. SPOC for all tier zero related queries. Responsible for development , changes on the ESS and MSS continiously. Responsible for interfacing with IT , St paul , other departments on Teir zero future requirements
