Default Manager, Performance Management and Improvement

Position: Manager, Performance Management and ImprovementLocation: - Delhi/NCRExperience: - 7 - 10Reporting: - India Head Learning and Development Mandate and Key Responsibilities Building a company where great people want to work and where they can excel. The Manager, Performance Management and Improvement will be responsible for working with the business heads to devise and implement Performance Appraisal and Improvement programmes that allows the company to categorise and hopefully improve the performance of staff within the organization. Work with the line-managers to: A) Implement an effective performance appraisal system throughout the company in which every individual clearly understands what their line managers expects of them and in which an individuals performance against these expectations is periodically and systematically assessed. B) Work with the Senior Manager, Training and Development to identify high potential staff and put in place program to ensure that they continue to feel challenged and excited about working for the organization.C) Work with the Senior Manager, Training and Development to put in place programs for dealing with individuals whose performance is unacceptable and needs to improve. Background Experience and KnowledgeA) Must bring experience in applying consultative and innovative approaches- has had success in start-up, rapid change or transition environments, developing creative and exciting new training and development programsB) Can keep pace and be a contributing team player with a group of very motivated, action oriented doersC) A successful background in implementing performance appraisal and improvement programs within the service industry.
