Roles and Responsibities: Understanding the Client manpower requirement. Search through Head Hunting, Database Search, Job Portal Search. Screening and Shortlisting the profile and sending it to the Client. Prepare advertisements, as per the requirement for various Job Portals. Coordinating with the Client as well as the candidates by sending interview schedules and by doing thorough follow ups. Preparing and maintaining the tracksheet for entire recruitment process. Maintaining weekly recruitment reports Interviewing candidates when required
