Manages test activities with the project teams n Creates and maintains testing plan and strategy documents Ensures development/execution of functional and system thread test plans and scripts, utilizing standard testing tools (Test Director, Win Runner, load runner) and processes Ensures adherence to test case standards and guidelines Ensures performance/load testing is conducted to meet performance targets and critical acceptance criteria using appropriate testing tools Review testing tools/processes with project team and provide instruction in their use Identifies, documents, and ensures resolution of testing issues Ensures accurate recording of defects and helps facilitate defect remediation Leads integration and certification testing Performs testing tool (Test Director) administration tasks, including framework, setup and security. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Post Graduation- MCA/PGDCA, ME/M.Tech/Graduates. Candidate should have 10-13 yrs of experience in Software Testing (Silk Test) Application experience with measurement and monitoring equipment, various communication standards like USB, Ethernet, PCI-Express, etc., and experience with real-time embedded products is a plus.
