Customer/Technical Support(Voice)
Job Description Responsible for providing technical support and building on customer relations through inbound calls. Handling technical queries and objections will be a major part of job profile. Customer retention and up sales will be a basis for performance .Note:-Candidates from customer support background need to have only basic computer knowledge Desired Profile for Customer Support(Voice)*Graduates/undegraduates.*Excellent written and spoken English.*Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.*Excellent Analytical and Probing skills. *Basic technical knowledge.*Open to work in shifts.Desired Profile for Techical Support(Voice)*Graduates/undergraduates.*Excellent written and spoken english.*Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.*Excellent Analytical and Probing skills .*Open to work in shifts.* Excellent in trouble shooting issues related Microsoft Office tools.* Good working knowledge of Desktop and laptop troubleshooting and troubleshooting Windows Operating system.* Good knowledge in Formatting, Installation, Driver installation.* Previous experience in a Microsoft Process or a MCSE/MCP professionals will be an added advantage.*Sound understanding of work environment and deliverables.* Minimum 8months of experience in a call centre with technical background will be preferred .
