Technical/Customer Support Executive
Responsible for providing Software support and building on customer relations through inbound calls. Handling technical queries and objections will be a major part of job profile. Customer retention and up sales will be a basis for performance .Previous experience in a Microsoft Process or a MCSE/MCP professionals will be an added advantage.Minimum 8months of experience in a call centre with technical background will be preferred .
