Job Purpose: To source, recruit, hire, provide induction and ensure reviews are completed for all new staff for the Office in India.Reporting to: Report on a daily basis to the operations manager India. Dotted line management to MD Ireland.Key Responsibilities:o Work with the HR expert to source, recruit and hire Professionals with proven track record in technology for the India officeo Learn to manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptanceo Learn how to provide induction to all new hireso Ensure all 3 and 6 month reviews are conducted o Participating with the management team in implementing and executing recruitment programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build and directly source a healthy and diverse pipeline of qualified candidateso Learn to manage end-to end process for Graduate recruitment and co-ordinate an effective process with selected universitieso Learn how to ensure a first class candidate experience throughout the recruitment processo Ensure preparation for the interview process with the Hiring Managero Conduct all interviews efficiently and professionallyo Learn the Role of a HR Managero Database administration and managemento Ensure delivery against SLAs in conjunction with the Managers in India and Irelando Provide regular focused management informationo Develop an experience on current external recruiting policies, practices and trends. o Propose and implement on-going improvements to the recruitment strategy and process.Person SpecificationRequired Skills/Experience: o Bachelor's degree preferable in business specialising in HR. (M.A./M.Sc. a plus )o 1-3+ years work experience preferably in a growing and global technology company o Experienced at sourcing and hiring candidates from direct competitorso Excellent interpersonal skills required.o Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships o Build relationships by phone with potential candidates/ agencies o Project management skills o Proven organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work well in an environment with competing demands.o Should possess high energy, be highly motivated and self directed. o Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgencyo Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacyo Successfully deliver on all deadlines and execution in a very fast-paced environment o Customer focused with strong commercial acumeno Strong English language (verbal and written) abilities o Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlooko Capable of working in an international environment and open to diverse work culture and practices.
