Requirements for the position of Technical support executive are as follows: 1. Minimum educational qualification required is 10+2 i.e candidates can be10+2 holder or 10+3 or 10+2+3 or a graduate in any stream. 2. Candidates who are freshers can apply but the maximum experience would be 3yrs. 3. MCSE, CCNA certifications are fine but its not mandatory. 4. Candidates must be excellent in communication as well as in hardware and networking concepts. 4. Candidates must be comfortable with US shift. 5. Candidates should be comfortable by relocating to Hyderabad since the positions are based in Hyderabad. Job roles: 1. Handling inbound calls i.e Voice process and providing a service. 2. Purely US process i.e deals with ISP 3. Providing a solution related to ISP to the clients.
