Candidate with B.E -Mechanical with Post Graduation Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management with 7-8yrs experience of conducting training sessions as a corporate trainer for technical and behavioural aspects.Candidate will be responsible for identifying Training needs, designing training modules organizing OJT and External training programs,evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes by constantlydeveloping and implmenting pre and post assessment tools. Candidate should have strong written and verbal skills with knowledge of appropriate TRAINING methodologies ,modern techniques as applicable to programmes.Age : 30 - 35yrs
