Commercial Support Promote group insurance and pension products as Corporate Solutions Manage and control margin improvement initiatives in order to higher return Provide necessary market information to develop pricing strategies Assist in Pricing and commission structure negotiation Contest popularization and regular contest updates for group business field sales 2. Technical Support Training and certification for competence development of Sales managers and Advisors in the region - Provide inputs to develop marketing strategies and marketing support to Field Sales - Provide all necessary support for competitive proposals including customer research and decision making criteria 3. Driving Sales Processes Draw up Sales activity plan Collection of requisite information for quotation Sales Productivity Prepare a list of support required and coordinate for acquiring access to new accounts Coordination with other departments Provide market intelligence in term of business, product and proposal 4.
