Graduate from a reputed university with MBA( mARKETING) At least 5-7 years of corporate sales experience with regular interaction with middle to senior management (CEOs, CFOs and heads of functions) decision makers. Experience of delivering against targets. Experience in financial services is desirable Roles and Responsibilities 1. Commercial Support Promote group insurance and pension products as Corporate Solutions Manage and control margin improvement initiatives in order to higher return Provide necessary market information to develop pricing strategies Assist in Pricing and commission structure negotiation Contest popularization and regular contest updates for group business field sales 2. Technical Support Training and certification for competence development of Sales managers and Advisors in the region - Provide inputs to develop marketing strategies and marketing support to Field Sales - Provide all necessary support for competitive proposals including customer research and decision making criteria 3. Driving Sales Processes Draw up Sales activity plan Collection of requisite information for quotation Sales Productivity Prepare a list of support required and coordinate for acquiring access to new accounts Coordination with other departments Provide market intelligence in term of business, product and proposal 4. Managing Results Commitment outlook Achievement of targets: activity targets and penetration 5. Providing feedback Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time Ensure preparedness for scheduled account reviews Maintain updated performance and account management documentation Key Result Areas Measurements Annual Budget Number of accounts - Number of accounts (with > and = 50 employees) where any of the group products are sold. 15 New Business generated - Total New Business Premium generated - Number of new policies sold 1.5 Crores Customer Satisfaction - >90% satisfaction levels as per account satisfaction survey Policy Renewal (Unforced) - 95 % of clients
