A disciplined, professional financial executive, probably with 10 to 15 years experience in senior Finance functions in a world-class, consumer-focused organisation. Has implemented financial infrastructure and controls in a fluid and fast-growing environment. Has an excellent understanding of western and Indian accounting practices and an ability to work comfortably and fluently in both. Has been successful in a start-up, rapid change or transition environment where there is ambiguity, nimbleness, and very rapid pace.
