Managers would be involved in identifying their own team of people who are interested in working for commissions, enrol them for training with the company and sourcing business through this team.Priority Circle is a channel that focuses on Wealth Management and not only Insurance sales. 'The incumbent needs to be extremely competent in communications and networking abilities. Would need to have in-depth knowledge of the local market dynamics and would be primarily responsible for achieving the sales goal-sheet targets of the division. Motivated and energetic Sales Professionals with a proven track record and a hunger to excel are the exact requirements for this channel.
