Areas of CompetencyManaging a business as whole, strong execution skills, a business builder and problem solver, hands on manager at the field level, and strong in people managementBackgroundEducation: A professional with post-graduate degree or preferably an MBA. Proficient in MS Office or equivalent.Experience: 5-10 years of experience in managing a MFI or a large division of the MFI business.Language: Fluent in Hindi and English.Special Attributes: Creative and ability to work independently; Motivator and Strong inter-personal skills; Excellent Communicator; Hands-on-Manager, Team Leader and High Energy levels.
