Responsible to prepare the proposals as per customer requirements. The person will understand customers requirements from the tender documents/ direct interaction with customers or their consultants and will make techno-commercial proposals to the customers to meet the above objective. The position is part of marketing team and will interact with supply chain, customers and consultants to put together comprehensive proposals to meet customer requirements.Responsible to understand the customer requirements and to make the techno-commercial proposals for the enquiries received from the customersResponsible to co-ordinate the discussions on the proposals with the customers and their consultantsResponsible to discuss the specifications and commercial offers for the bought-outs with the vendorsResponsible to prepare the final specifications for the contract to be signed with the customersResponsible to maintain information on the above activities and aid in winning ordersResponsible to develop the members of the team in the above activitiesAuthorised to represent the company to market the products and services of the companyAuthorised to submit techno-commercial proposals to the customersAuthorised to discuss the specifications and commercial terms with the vendors as required for preparing proposals for the customersThe person in this position will be measured through financial objective of monthly / yearly preparation of proposals and the cost leadership at tender stage and non-financial objectives of process improvement of preparation and submission of proposals through periodic performance appraisals.
