Responsibilities:

Managing customer satisfaction and relationship.
Evaluating and suggesting new products to improve efficiency and performance.
Business Development with other Fiserv Business units for IT Infrastructure projects. Capacity planning, costing and budgeting and CapEx/OPex management.
Trouble shooting across locations/ center's in his area of expertise.
Setting up networks for new site/ location.
Maintaining and operating stability, efficiency and ensuring the security of the server systems and infrastructure.
Work planning, resource planning and budgeting.
People Management & Development
Planning & managing resources
Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Setting KRAs/goals for the team in alignment with organizational objectives and reviewing these on a periodic basis.
Undertake appraisals for team.
Creating high achievement team(s),employee development initiatives, by engaging and satisfying employee.
Resolving team issues.
Essential knowledge/Skills Required.
Excellent technical background, special expertise/ skills in one or more work areas.
Knowledge of high-level architecture.
Skills to mentor and guide team members.
Able to enforce standards and procedures for new technology configuration and implementation.
