Sr Manager Operations - Lending Domain/Sr Manager Quality for a Fortune 500 Listed Organisation
Hi Friends,
Would really appreciate if you can let me know your interested or help me with any handy references from your end for the positions mentioned below.
We have these postions with one of the fortune 500 Listed Client in Noida.
Our Client is a leading Financial Service Provider in the world. They have 230 offices in US and some 20+ offices Internationally(Outside of US).
Over the last 23 years they have grown to a US$ 5 billion, 27,000 .Strong team serving 18,000 clients with 3600 Software Products spread across 60 countries.
1. Role : Sr. Manager-Lending
Job Description
Sr. Manager Operations – Lending will be responsible for following functions:
• Will be heading and providing functional leadership to the operations of the BPO team of around 75-100.
• Overall accountability for the entire lending operation of multiple customers with multiple shift operations.
• To manage the operational activities and challenges of allocated BPO divisions and ensure resources match workloads to provide cost effective, high quality service within agreed SLAs and timeliness.
• Establish mechanisms to ensure enhancement in the overall productivity, volume and competence levels of the lending division through strategic interventions.
• Create, mentor and lead an effective team of Operations Managers / Senior Managers.
• Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key members of the client team.
• Focus on areas of non-conventional growth and/or revenue streams.
• Be prepared to innovate and actively seek out-of-the-box solutions.
• Identify opportunity for growth of the product and participate in transitions.
• Driving best practice sharing through processes
Desired Profile
Sr. Manager Operations – Lending must have below mentioned skills:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong leadership skills, should have managed the team of 50+
• Preferably an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management from an institution of repute
• 6-8 years of work experience in BPO, of which at least 5 years in a Sr. Management role.
• High on initiative and ability to manage ambiguity
• Preferably who have handled BPO operations like Mortgage
• Ability to conduct independent financial analysis
• Skilled in strategy and business development
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
2. Sr. Manager-Quality- BPO
Job Description
Must Have Skills: Must have obtained Quality certifications for
Organizations ( Black Belt or Yellow Belt).
Exposure on COPC/ ISO / BS Standards is a must.
Should have Quality implementation exposure.
Good Communication skills.
Preferred Skills: Work in the BPO environment will be an added advantage
Not Necessary but Nice to have: Ability to handle teams and motivate young people to give their best.
Experience: At least 8-12 years relevant experience
Additional Comments: Should be willing to work in shifts.
