To assist customers get bookings conveniently.Co-ordination with GSC on different aspects related Bills of Lading, Rate issues, etc.Co-ordination with Line Desk with respect to the routings, rates, etc. and timely Client Advisories to be relayed to Trade.Assist customers to solve their day to day queries with regards to their post shipment requirements, B/Ls, etc.Liase closely with CCC and keep them informed of any Trade Specific changes.Ensure 100% data quality achieved for the Trade - customer unknowns, dummies, freight outstandings etc.Followup and Recovery of any damages/out of pocket expenses to the Line.
