Responsibilities will include but not limited to, Under general direction, develops and maintains customer relationships with smaller accounts and less complex products/services. Specific customers shall be assigned, single point BOT contact. Sells products and services to existing or new customers. Has no direct field service responsibilities. Customer focused market intelligence, new business opportunities, notify in-house on tenders issued/upcoming tenders. Overall responsible for submission of bid/follow up leading to award of work if any, ensure timely execution of contract. Liaise with Ops. Coordinator on equipment ordering, monitor manufacturing, shipment and customs clearance. Liaise with Operations Coordinator for jobs related. Prepare job procedure, EOW reports, trouble job reports, FA etc. Maintain inventory data and well consumption records. Provide billing information to accounts group for invoicing. Handles special projects, as assigned.
