Position: Assistant Manager (Mutual Funds Sales)Quali: MBA/PGDBA/MMS(Finance and Mktg)Skill: preferable experienced in developing channel network, Aggressive enough to handle a team, good convincing power and good communication power.Good Leadership Qualities and administrative qualities.Job Profile: 1.Recruit Agency Managers and Fundz Express Needed and Report the same in sales process system.2.Recruit Trainees from MBA Inst. Report in system about activity done by Trainees.Also look into Recruitment of Relationship Executive and Customer Relationship officers at Branch Level.3.Follow Sales Process to recruit partners.4.Review the work done by the RE on Business Sales Process .Handling the Team Of Relationship Executive and Agency Managers.Give Business Opportunities Programme and report it into the system5.Co- ordinate if needed the Business Opportuities Programme and arrange everything within the budget alloted to you.6.To see that any partner meet conducted in his area is conducted succesfully, to claim for the reimbursement if any.To ensure the proper maintance of Petty cash in the branches under himWill have to make new channel partners and expand the network and handle team of RE's AM's(Agency managers).Serve channel partners and AM's, provide valuable support on in- vestment matters to the clients.extracts business from them. Will have to make new channel partners and expand the network. Will have to move on field for business development. Recruiting, Training and managing taskforce to ensure efficiency in sales.
