Location : Mumbai Key Skills : Navy, Neval Education : Graduate / Diploma in Marine/ Mech.The candidate must be from Navy Business [the person must have dealt with Naval customers and not from navy background] Experience : 2-3 years Customer interaction, Establish point of customer contact, identifies new customers and his needs. Generate enquiries, submit offers, and follow ups on payment and documents and effect sales. Liaise with group companies to effect orders and sale. Support internal staff in day to day activities. Ship visits defence and commercial to identify installation and recommend solutions. Contribute to value addition in installations to benefit customer and organisation. Gather technical data, analyse feasibility and offer technical and commercial solutions in consultation with Manager, Seals and Bearings. To render technical assistance on Trouble shooting, fitment of stern shaft seals and Bearings on commissioning, general repairs and Turnkey projects.
