Ensuring the completion of job by using the four metrics of categorization of job type, allocation of resources, sourcing of data and evaluation of budgets with job type. Ensure coordination with research with data collection material (questionnaire , concept cards and all supporting materials), Ensure relevancy and adequacy of material Coordinate with translators for appropriate translation and accuracy. Ensuring capability of the data collection team ,selecting the team keeping the job in mind Briefing and training for the particular job and conducting mock interviews ,monitoring new interviewers on the field For qualitative jobs:-Identifying respondents and ensuring their presence at the discussion venue. Ensuring all necessary logistic arrangements for the discussion Ensuring researcher is appropriately informed to moderate the discussion Monitoring quantity and quality of data collection, regular debriefing of interviewers (at various stages of data collection) Understanding issues and taking corrective measures Ensuring regularity of scrutiny and back checking within the prescribed norms Checking the forms as they are received and dispatching them. For qualitative jobs:-Ensuring budget is appropriate, ensuring that the data collection team has a route plan, ensure that the work is monitored by random and surprise checks. Ensuring timely EOJR , AQMS and payments to freelancers. Train and coach freelancers on new processes and develop them to build a high performing team. Self Improvement through learning and enrichment- Introspecting and actively seeking feedback from role set members - Collating feedback and identifying areas of improvement- Identifying knowledge gaps and updating by setting learning goals- Monitoring implementation of these goals Education Bachelors degree Post graduation/ diploma in business management preferable
