Default Admin exective/Receptionist for Ranchi,Kolkata....

For receptionist' Complete responsibility for the front office 'House Keeping and Office Boy Management Responsibility V Managing house-keeping staff, office boys, their attendance etc. 'Coordination for ID Cards and Visiting Cards 'Responsible for Coffee, Tea and Drinking Water Arrangement 'Courier Dispatch and Distribution of Inward Documents received by courier 'Telephones - Manning the EPABX 'Responsible for Car Booking, Train and Bus Bookings for Official Travel, Air Travel Co ordination with HO and Hotel Bookings. 'Conference Hall Bookings. 'Responsible for all Payments of Inward Bills including Electricity and Water Bills, landlord and all vendors and Municipal taxes as applicable 'Handling petty cash for the branch. 'Responsible for all utilities - Power, Water, UPS and DG, AMC and Maintenance of office furniture For Admin :- 'Responsible for all Payments of Inward Bills including Electricity and Water Bills, Municipal taxes as applicable 'Responsible for the Premise Lease - Renewal , Regular Payments to the landlord and all vendors 'Compliance to Shops and Establishment Acts, and all statutory compliances at the branch. 'Co ordination with Govt. Bodies V Electricity Office, Municipal office, Telecom office etc. 'Responsible for all utilities - Power, Water, UPS and DG, AMC and Maintenance of office furniture, buying of new Air conditioners. 'Air Travel Co ordination with HO and Hotel Bookings. 'Conference Hall Bookings. 'House Keeping Responsibility V Managing house-keeping staff, their attendance etc. 'Responsible for identifying and setting up new offices.
