Roles:Premix development research scientist shall act as technical expertise for pharmaceutical process/formulation in the premix development program. Main Job responsibilities:- Conducts research or designs strategies to achieve the technical vision for a new or improved product/process/method or to prove a new theory;- Applying a solid understanding of theories/practices including those from other disciplines outside the primary area of expertise;- Provides assistance and interpretation of project results to team members and other business unit personnel;- Work on the bench in formulation research and development of various dosage forms.- Responsible for formulation manufacturing process and optimization study for Asia Pacific product registration and method transfer to production units.- Work on technology transfer, scale-up, process and cleaning validation. Check the consistency and plausibility of the results from the laboratory or service laboratories. - Design and run studies that are needed to demonstrate container/closure compatibility, appropriateness of process steps, selection of stability indicating methods, and developing of robust manufacturing procedures.- Create and execute complex design and technical tasks, integrating information from a variety of disciplines;- Recognized for technical expertise within area of technical specialty;
