Responsible for building a Team of successful entrepreneurs. Guide, motivate and train the advisors for higher performance. Conduct structured weekly and monthly meeting with the advisors. Do joint field visits with the advisor. Do fact find for ensuring right solutions to the right client. Assuring a fast start for the advisor by constantly measuring and monitoring their performance. Ensure that maximum advisor qualify for monthly competitions and clubs. Building and maintaining relationship with the advisor. Conduct activities to generate database for the advisors. Designing competitions for the team to generate business. Ensure regular business from Life advisors and thereby keep them active. Conduct activities on a regular basis to recruit Life advisors.
