This is a Full time / permanent positionbased in Mumbai and need to be filled in at the earliest.The position is based at Mumbai and reports to the Head Agency Department. The primary responsibility of the SalesEngineers would be Generate Sales for the department/region.The incumbent will be responsible for(amongst others):-Coordinate with OEMs for finalization of Commercial Orders.-Applying different sales Techniques and approaches to motivate asales prospect qualify sales opportunity and bring sales to close.-Preparing Proposal /Quotations for various customers andfollow-ups-Undertake Contract negotiation.-Promoting the Product.-Sales Target achievement of the Region, timely collection,follow-up for accurate and on - time execution of orders and keeping strictcontrol on dealer network.-Ability to read and understand engineering drawings for itsapplication. To qualify for these positions youshould:-Be a BE/ BTech / ME / MTech- HaveSales experience of 2 to 3years. (Positions are even open forfresher with first class MechanicalDegree).- Have Good experience in TechnicalProduct selling to OEMs, Institutional Selling etc- Have experience in understanding MechanicalDrawings of Products- Have Relevant Product and Process knowledge and its unique sellingpoints- Have experience in any Technical Industries like Bearings, Auto,Auto Components, Auto Ancillaries, Engineering, Textile, Jute, Power, Cement,Rubber, Plastic, Tool manufacturing, Crane Rolling, Steel Mills, Paperproducts, Sugar.- HaveKnowledge ofthe various geographiesof India with an understanding of regional variations -Good communication skills.-Excellent Customer relationship building, coordinationskills, smart and confident.
