The Branch Manager is responsible for developing his Branch Sales, Customers and image of the company in his town/ city. He is responsible for achieving the branch Targets for both on Sales and Growth. He is responsible for all the stocks maintained in his Branch and is accountable for nay discrepancy. He has to maintain the staff and recommend for replacement, or New recruits to HR department on time. He has to send the stock indents as per guidelines and maintain the VOH and STO targets given to him. He would have to ensure that no stocks remain after 4 months in his show room or branch.Retail show room administrations in foot wear industry: 5- 7 yearsSales experience in footwear or other shows rooms: 3-5 years.Educational Background: Degree / Inter Preferable management Education or Diploma.Experience: In handling retail trade and Branches.Age: 22 years +Salary: 9,000 to 10,000 Rs. / M.Job locations : Vijayawada, Tirupati, Suryapet, Vizag, Madanapalli
