TERRITORY SALES MANAGER Education: Graduate Experience: 2 - 3 years of Experience in Freight Forwarding Principal purpose of the role: Incremental portfolio growth through managed customer retention and acquisition. Achieve set financial objectives vis--vis budgets and targets. Adhere to sales process guidelines. Critical Success Factor:No. of active customers along with revenue per customer. No. of qualified prospects in hand on a monthly basis. No. of commitment to trade customers for the month. Performance against revenue budget. Key Performance Indicators: Sustain existing active no. of Trading Customers. Acquire targeted no. of new Customers. Achieve targeted revenue per customer for the Territory. Achieve set financial objectives vis--vis budgets and targets. a. Revenue Budgets b. Accountable for debt of new customers for the 1st two months of trading along with all out-standings over 60 days.c. Campaign Targets Adhere to sales process guidelines. a. Ledger To ensure that the ledger is fully maintained at all times.b. Accpac CRMAll activitys with regards to customer/ prospect to be updated on the system. Documented Quality Management System (DQMS) All standard documented sales policy guidelines to be adhered too.
