Run the branch as a profit centre for the company. Manage and motivate a team of 15 20 Sales Managers and a large team of Advisors. Timely Resourcing for the branch including recruitment of Sales Managers and Advisors. Plan and achieve branch business targets in the area of number of advisors, productivity, new premium, persistency of business. Scan the market for emerging opportunities, presence of competition etc. Draw elaborate plans for recruitment of advisors, their training, mentoring etc. Devise and implement sales strategy in consultation with HO. Establish good working habits for the sales field force, undertake productivity improvement drives, organize special training programs etc. Anticipate sales promotion opportunities in his area of operation and devise innovative promotional activities.
