Preparing a comprehensive business plan (for project division leasing of equipments/trailers trucks reachstakers cranes and forklifts) on All India Basis. Liaison with Ports Transporters forwarders shipping lines surveyors and oversea offices. Negotiate best rates and establish legal contracts with all concerned agencies and deal with project costing and pricing. Actual Participation in designing and development and effectively implementing Management Information System and Operational Systems. Will be responsible in marketing group products (shipping transport freight forwarding and projects) Plan Business and operational activities in such a way that equipments/trailers trucks reachstackers cranes and forklifts are optimally utilized. To identify and Implement new business area. Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly maintaining contacts and develop professional relationship.
