This requirement is for their webservices division in the R and D centre inBangalore. Description: Managing quality assurance, including system testing, and builds management/integrations team for selected consumer Internet services or functionalities. Integration here means that new applications or new releases are integrated to the existing platform before the final testing and deployment. Responsible for setting up the team and related processes and tools. The team is providing services and capabilities for both the development and operations teams and works in close co-operation with various other teams on different sites. The person needs to define an optimum setup and way of working for the team and manage the performance of the team. Coaches and supports employees' development. Co-ordinates the delivery of services and ensures the quality of service and support delivered. Responsibilities will cover also the necessary recruitments, vendor contract negotiations, management of relevant stakeholders Requirements: Experience : 8-10 yrs with BE/BTech Suitable technical degree in addition to following experience (at least 5 years of working experience in relevant field):- Strong experience in services quality assurance e.g. as a quality or system testing manager - Experience with some common web services environments- Strong experience in software development methodologies and related processes and tools (especially integration, delivery and builds management).
