As a Tech Lead, you will be working in Wipro's 4000+ member strong Telecom Engineering Solutions group. You will be responsible for designing, coding and unit test new features and sustenance of the current products of top clients in the Telecom/Datacom Industry. You may have to handle a team of engineers. You need to be aware of quality related practices and will have to report status periodically to your reporting manager. You Should be a BE / BTech/MCA with 4 - 10 years of IT experience. You should have hands on experience in the following skills. Skills 1: Design and development experience in C/C++, RTOS/VxWorks, Device Driver, Firmware Developments, BIOS. Skills 2: Design and development experience in VPN Technologies Layer 2/ Layer 3 protocols (L2/L3). Good experience in any RTOS, Linux Operating system, Embedded Linux. Board support package(BSP)and Internals and Device drivers will be an advantage. Good problem solving and low level debugging skills are mandatory
