We are looking VISIONPLUS candidates JOB LOCATION : CHENNAI and PUNE and GurgaonQUALIFICATION : Any Degree / PG /MCA /BE /B.TECHEXP : 3 - 10 YrsSKILLS : 1. MUST have experience with working on Vision Plus Cards Applications. 2. MUST have experience with working on any of the Vision Plus modules 3. MUST have Mainframe working experience (COBOL, JCL, Procs) 4. DESIRABLE to have experience in more than 1 module of the Vision Plus package. 5. MUST have knowledge on the Cards Industry. 6. PREFERABLE to have worked on Development Projects as well as Production Support. 7. MUST have had some experience in Functional aspects of the Cards Industry. 8. MUST have inclination to perform Business Analyst work. 9. MUST be highly process oriented - should have worked in organisations with CMM / CMMI assessed preferably. 10.PREFERABLE to have client facing experience where he / she has supported projects. 11.MUST show a very strong inclination to learn. 12. MUST have very good communication skills since he will be interacting with the business users as well as his / her counter parts in other countries.13. MUST show willingness to work on US timings (NOT regularly but during the initial few months of transition). 14.
