The company is into insurance sector and is looking out for candidates with a designation of Sales Managers. The selected candidate has to recruit Advisors who will be on the payroll of company in some organisations while on commission basis in other companies. The selected candidate will be like a team leader managing the profit, business and administraion part of his advisors apart from his own sales target. Hence the job demands a hard core sale candidate who has to be on the field.The candidate should be smart, able to do hard core sales and should bring business to the company by working very smartly. He or she should have good communication skills, command over English language and also should be able to speak local language if needed.
