UK-based human resources group, Hat Pin has acquired employment search firm Executive Access India, in a deal worth £6.9m. Hat Pin will gain with accesses to India’s talent pool: Executive Access India covers the financial services, technology, corporate, academia and not-for-profit sectors. Angela Campbell-Noë, chief executive of Hat Pin, said: “I am delighted that we are able to extend our network into such a key, fast-growing marketplace with one of the most talented and ambitious teams."
