The candidate will be responsible for : - All transporters to follow all statutory compliance obligations such as licences registration certification pollution certification qualified drivers and insurance labour laws and contractual/ statutory compliance with scope of work. - Safety regulations for lady employees are adhered to. - All vehicles have log books and follow proper logging procedures - Database of all staff locations and routes for staff transportation in consultation with Client transport manager. - Tracking of staff occupancy and efficiency of the network. - All checklist reports / logbooks are provided to Client on occupancy and cost of the transportation. - Assisting Transport Managers.
