Insurance- Sales Training Manager
To execute Sales, Product and Skills training for the various channels of the company including Agency, Corporate Agency, Banc assurance and Broking.To prepare the monthly training schedule in concurrence with the business needs of the various channels. This is prepared after detailed discussions with the sales managers of the channels at the branch. Maintain records at the branch as per IRDA / Internal regulations and requirements. Accompany the sales force on joint calls. To manage and develop trainer assigned to the direct marketing channel. Candidates having sales experience in insurance industry having passion for training. existing trainers in insurance industry.
