Remuneration will be excellent for the suitable candidate. Job description 1. Design, develop and support application solutions to meet customer requirements. 2. Perform application unit testing activities 3. Translate business - I/T requirements 4. Use software configuration management (SCM) tools 5. Perform root cause analysis in defect resolution and while debugging 6. Review high level design to ensure the application is buildable 7. Specifies developer environment and coordinates setup 8. Monitors compliance with technical and software engineering process and standards 9. Identifies reuse opportunities and designs for reuse as appropriate 10. Coordinates the development of system documentation 11. Participates in risk assessments and metrics workshops 12. Coordinates deployment and promotion of code 13. Assigns development tasks and defect resolution tasks to Developer staff 14. Validates change requests and defect reports 15. Continuously improves application design and performance where possible Job Requirement: 1. The ideal candidate must have experience in Java language, JSP, Servlet, XML, OOP basics, Java Beans 2. Experience with DB basic, SQL, JDBC, Transactions, at least one DB knowledge like Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 etc is a Must. 3. Excellent communication and verbal skills required.
