They are currently looking for Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers. Job Locations: Bangalore. Pune. Delhi. The ideal candidate for the Profile of a Store Manager would be: Responsible for the entire store activities which would include sales, profit/loss, shrinkage, finance, people orientation, stock management and customer service. Responsible for creating an ambience for excellent shopping experience to the customers. To resolve all conflicting issues arising out of miscommunication in the store and resolve the same with immediate action plan. Optimal utilization of manpower. To control operating expense in all possible ways but ensure smooth running of the store. Strict adherence to the standard operating procedures, enforce compliance and maintain all licenses required for the smooth operation of the store. To set Department wise sales target and monitor daily sales report. To ensure proper training is provided to all the staff in the store Job Specification: Graduate/PG with 5-6 years of retail experience. Should possess high levels of detail orientation , customer service orientation and basic financial understanding Should possess high levels of Creativity and leadership qualities. Should be an effective communicator and should possess strong people management skills. The ideal candidate for the Profile of a Assistant Store Manager would be: To assist the Store Manager in achieving the sales target and the profitability of the store Executing standards for quality, customer service and health and safety Responsible for creating an ambience for excellent shopping experience to the customers. Adhering to standard operating model, process and system to ensure consistent store operations Execute Uniformity of Service quality across the departments in the store. Developing People. Job Specification: Graduate. Basic computer operation skills. A minimum of 3-6 years of relevant work experience. Experience in customer service and people management is required Team Player Professional attitude and good communication skills.
