Sales Engineer
Location for the job - All India Responsibilities for the job is: Identification, Appointment, Development of Distributors and Dealers in the respective territories. Handle Day to day sales transactions. Achieving Desired Sales target. Maintaining Highest Level of Customer Satisfaction by continuously meeting commitments. Organizing Free Service Camps in coordination with Dealers. Providing Product Related feedback to HO. Handling display of promotional materials at retail counters. Maintaing Customer relation, sales improvement, collection and creation of new outlets. Generating of Enquiry/tenders with proper terms and conditions (govt and non-govt). Handling large number of Distributors and providing training to their staffs. New account development through removal of competitors. Repeat business with every customer. Sales support and promotion activities. Ensure consistent collection of Payments and C Forms from direct accounts as well from dealers. Introduction of new products and schemes at existing as well as in new accounts. Managing and providing publicity and other pops materials to dealers. Ensure on-time delivery to clients Technical knowledge distribution at end-users level for promoting our Brand products for their uses. Pursuing sales leads with persistence and converted them into confirmed business. Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion. Imparting technical training to the dealers on various products and its features and helping them in promoting the products to prospective clients. Providing Demo Support to Dealers and to Customers. Ensure long term business relationship with giving feedback to HO on Market Competition and our own products. Launching various financial schemes for generating target business. Identifying non-moving stock and recommending management for sales through schemes. Order booking and placement execution Physical Verification of sales and stock positions on monthly basis. Physical checking of the damage stock at customer place and arranging replacement and making report for the management. Ensuring customer satisfaction by solving their issues since its an application oriented sales. Successfully planning and coordination at Customer Meet Program in the territory.
