Training of subordinates in technical areas.6. Co-ordinate with associate depts such as Manufacturing, QC/QA,PED,Purchase,Sales etc7. Prepare Periodic status/review reports.Qualification: Graduate in Engineering ( Mechanical Engg) From a reputed institution.Desirable: Degree/Diploma in ManagementExperience: Atleast 12-15 years in a reputed Electronic Industry in R and D function.Desirable: 1. Experience of atleast 1-2years in Mobile phone and related technologies, especially in the field of plastics and tools.2.Techno-Commercial background to understand business better.Skills / Competencies:1. Comprehensive knowledge on plastic materials and moulding techniques2. Good oral and written communication skills.3. Knowledge of Pro-E / AutoCAD4. MS Projects and Office software packages.5. Follow ISO systems.6. Able to select vendor/materials.Desirable Skills:1. Rapid Prototyping techniques2. Tool design knowledge.3. Digitizing, surface modeling techniques.4.
